Positive anti-glycan titer were defined as ≥ 50 U/ml. X-axis indicates patients positive for gASCA alone, or positive for gASCA+ ≥ 1Ab or gASCA+ ≥ 2Ab at the time, respectively. Patients positive for gASCA and ≥ 2 anti-glycan markers were only found in CF and CD, but not in any of the other groups.
