The upper half of a dilated ureter is opacified as well as a dilated pelvicalyceal system at the upper pole of the left kidney (A). Excretion urography at 60 minutes post-injection (B) and volume rendered computed tomography (CT) urography (C) bilateral duplication of pelvicalyceal systems and ureters. The upper pole of the left kidney drained by the ectopic ureter has a grossly dilated pelvicalyceal system (C). The ectopic left ureter is no longer dilated.
