The abscissa axis below represents specimen names; ost-op represents MSC specimens of osteoporosis; old-done represents a MSC specimen of normal osseous tissue. The abscissa axis above represents the clustering of specimens. The left longitudinal axis represents genes, and the right longitudinal axis represents the clustering of genes. Red shows up-regulated genes while green shows down-regulated genes. There are two clusters of specimen clustering: one of MSC specimens of osteoporosis and another of MSC specimens of normal osseous tissue; and two clusters of gene clustering: down-expression genes, and up-expression genes in MSC specimens of osteoporosis.
