Increased expression of ADAM10 in higher-stage osteosarcoma tissue. The panels show representative images of the cytoplasmic ADAM10 domain (red dots) merged with 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI)-stained nuclei (blue) taken from osteosarcoma tissues pathologically staged from IA to IIB. Specific ADAM10 staining was controlled by using isotype-specific control antibody (control immunoglobulin G (IgG)).
