Heparanase (HPSE), upstream stimulatory factor (USF)1 and USF2 mRNA and protein expressions in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). HPSE, USF1 and USF2 mRNA and protein expressions were significantly increased in human HCC cell lines and primary HCC surgical specimens assessed with RT-PCR or Western blot.
