Abdominal precontrast computed tomography (CT) show lesions in segment II and IV. A and B show a large hypodense nodule (white arrow) in segment II and a small hypodense nodule (black arrowhead) in segment IV of the liver. The postcontrast CT images (C and D) show heterogeneously moderate enhancement of three lesions (white arrow, and black and white arrowheads) on arterial phase images. The intrahepatic portal vein was absent (white curved arrow).
