Histological features of the telangiectatic focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) in segment II. The lesion contained fewer septa and no central scar. In a few areas, the FNH showed a short septum containing a small number of malformed arteries (A, black arrow) and some bile ductular proliferation (A, black arrowhead).
