TGFβ-1 expression changes were detected using qPCR before and after hMSC infected target gene. The TGFβ-1 expression of hMSC infected TGFβ-1 gene group was higher than that of control groups (#p < 0.001). But the difference between hMSC and hMSC infected GFP group had not statistical significance (p > 0.05)
