a The medulloblastoma xenografts were removed from euthanized mice of all groups on day 28, and cell lysates were isolated for protein and mRNA extraction. Total RNA was extracted, and the mRNA levels of IL-6 and IL-23 were analyzed using real-time PCR. Endogenously expressed GAPDH amplification in the same samples was used for a loading control. The experiment was performed three times with consistent results. p values were calculated with the t test; *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01. b Cell lysates were isolated in a protein extraction, and Ccl2 and Ccl20 protein was analyzed using Western blot.
