Formulation of integer risk score for each category was based on the strength of contribution to logistic equation based on the coefficient (for example, the coefficient of O2 Sat < 84% is 2.218; therefore, an integer score of 2 was given. Coefficient of BUN is 1.254; therefore, an integer score of 1 is given)
