The figure shows the non perfused area of the ischaemic flap in percentage 24, 48 and 72 h after flap creation with corresponding standard error of the mean. Compared to both other groups MP4 presents the smallest proportion of no perfusion over the whole observation period, whereas the control group demonstrated the most extended NPA at any given observation. However no significance between all groups could be seen.
