From: Reduced pulmonary function is age-dependent in the rat lung in normoxia
Expressions of the studied proteins involved in the aging process in young and old rat lungs. Quantitative analysis determining the change in integrated optical intensity (IOI) was normalized against the mouse α-sarcomeric actin. Results are means ± SD (n = 3) for all groups.
