  1. Expressions of specific proteins were equalized in each sample for loading and numerized with density software (GelDocXR, BioRad, Warsaw, Poland). The mean protein expression before therapy was set as 100 relative units. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 compared with the corresponding data before therapy.
