The result after Abdominoplasty and liposuction is a subcutaneous fat from the resected skin flap left and lipoaspirates from liposuction right. Each fat sample was adjusted to 250 mg and placed into an insert with a membrane. The inserts were placed in 6-well plate containing 1.5 × 104 adherent cancer cells. 2-well were used for a medium with 10% FCS and other 2-well for 1% FCS. The last 2-well was left unused
