HA and HYAL accelerate wound closure in an in vitro model. Standardized in vitro wound healing model induced by scratching (“wound scratch assay”) a NHDF monolayer of medium control (a 0 h, b 24 h; black line in i), in the presence of HA (1 mg/ml) (c 0 h, d 24 h; red line in i), or medium-sized HA (e 0 h, f 24 h; pink line in i), and HYAL (1.5 U/ml) (g 0 h, h 24 h; blue line in i).
