Two Staphylococcus aureus morphotypes isolated from a single blood culture. Muller–Hinton agar petri dishes with antimicrobial disks (E-erythromycin, DA–clindamycin, SXT–trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole, DO–doxycycline, RD–rifampicin, FOX–cefoxitin) depicting the two morphotypes.
