The expression levels of VEGF and VE cadherin related to tumor angiogenesis in NSCLC were detected by knocking down BPTF at both cell and animal levels. a BPTF siRNA was transfected into A549 and NCI-H460 cell lines to knock down BPTF, and the expressions of BPTF, VEGF and VE cadherin were detected by Western blot and immunofluorescence. b Nude mouse model was established, A549 cell line was planted, BPTF was knocked down by transfection BPTFshRNA, and the nude mice were killed 28 days later, and the expression of BPTF and VEGF was detected by immunofluorescence method. c In this nude mouse model, the expression of VE cadherin associated with angiogenesis was further detected after BPTF knockdown
