This young boy’s left upper arm has hypertrophic scarring and scar contracture. The region inside the black circle was healed using auto-thin graft, ADM, and HA, while the remaining area was fixed using auto-thin graft and ADM. The region that received HA recovered more quickly than the other location. The donor location on the back exhibited neither hypertrophic scarring nor delayed healing
