Nomogram based on the results of multivariate Cox regression proportional hazard model. The line segment corresponding to each variable is marked with a scale representing the range of values available for that variable, while the length of the line segment reflects the size of that factor's contribution to the ending event. The total score is obtained by making a line perpendicular to the point count axis at the position of the corresponding variable, and the individual scores for all variables are added together to give the total score.
