E-EVs Incorporation by NR8383 macrophages. Immunofluorescent microscopy images show that fluorescently labeled EVs were internalized by NR8383 macrophages only when ELPS-EVs were used. Negligible signal was observed for ENor-EVs, indicating no internalization. In the images, red fluorescence corresponds to the fluorescently labeled E-EVs, while blue DAPI indicates cellular nuclei.
