NR8383 macrophages viability upon stimulation with E-EVs. MTT assay was performed to evaluate the cell viability of NR8383 macrophages cultured for 24 h in the presence of ELPS-EVs or ENor-EVs. n = 5 replicates were used for these experiments. *p < 0.05 ELPS-EVs compared to control, PBS group and ENor-EVs group. No significant difference was found in cell viability when comparing the PBS and ENor-EVs groups, p > 0.05. Statistical analysis was performed by one‐way ANOVA with Bonferroni's correction
