Esketamine suppressed the esophageal squamous carcinoma cells (ESCC) growth. ESCC KYSE-30 and KYSE-150 cells were exposed to concentration gradient of esketamine for 48 h or 72 h, and then cell proliferation was assessed with the MTS assay (AD). Colony forming assays were performed after incubation with indicated concentrations of esketamine for 24 h (E, F).
