Normal and tumor tissues differed significantly in all these genes. Compared with paired adjacent normal tissues, SLAMF8 and OLR1 expression was significantly higher in tumor tissues, while ARHGAP25 expression was lower. Based on the HPA database, SLAMF8 protein expression was increased in tumor tissues compared to normal tissues
