Exosome identification: TEM, NTA and WB. A The exosomes were examined by transmission electron microscopy as described in the supporting information methods; B The particle sizes and concentrations were confirmed to be exosomes using NTA; C WB test results showed that the expression of secrete marker proteins TSG101, CD9 and CD63 could be detected in the exosomes extracted from N-DSC and URSA-DSC.
